Our new coffee coming from Bolivia

We like adding new coffees all the time ... I find that many of our customers are as adventurous as we are and since, in the decade we have been roasting, we have never tried Bolivian coffee... I thought why not?

Some things we are expecting:

Coffee should be roasted medium 

Profile I am expecting it to be fruity and slightly acidic - get some notes of apples and tangerines in there

Fun facts about Bolivia... They export about .1 % of all coffee around the world, it is # 36 largest growing coffee country in the world and they grow their coffee on mount sides.
