What is the return policy?

We do our utmost to bring you the highest quality products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a full refund. To return unsatisfactory goods, contact us via or at 519 807 0421 with your name, order number, products ordered, what you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will reply via email with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

We are committed to sourcing unique coffees from quality farms around different origins. Our coffee offerings rotate with the seasonality of the harvest at source and we strive to have exciting options throughout the year.

What are the shipping options?

Cafe O endeavors to send out the finest and freshest coffee possible. We ship all product within 1-4 days of roast date. To ensure you serve only fresh coffee, we suggest purchasing 2-3 weeks’ volume per order.

Cafe O does not guarantee the arrival time of the package. Once we hand over the package to shippers, it is their responsibility. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you receive it.
